The Virtuoso Booking Portal

Virtuoso amenities typically include daily breakfast, a $100 credit, priority for a room upgrade, and early check in/late check out, subject to availability

Step 1: Visit our custom Virtuoso Booking Portal by clicking here, or the button below

Step 2: Click on “Hotels” in the top navigation bar.

Step 3: Enter your destination in the search field. Select your preferred hotel, then click on “More Details and Photos” to view rates and availability.

Step 4: When you’re ready to book, select the red “Book” button next to your preferred room category.

When your booking is complete, you should receive a confirmation email. Swoon Luxury Travel will also reach out within 24 hours to send the official confirmation from the hotel.

If this is your first time booking:

You will be prompted to create an account and confirm an Agent (search “Liana Kraushaar Merriman” if it doesn’t come up) - otherwise, you can proceed with payment information.

All new Virtuoso accounts will need to be made from a desktop or laptop computer.
