  • We currently offer two types of planning services:

    Accommodations-only itinerary: We assist with recommending & booking accommodations with all our usual perks & benefits, as well as also handling basic airport transfers and flights (if requested, $100 per person). All other trip details & services are handled directly between the guest and the hotel concierges or on their own.

    Fully-inclusive itinerary: We put together a complete itinerary inclusive of all hotels, logistics, flights (if requested, $100 per person), tours & experiences, activities, etc, in collaboration with one of our local preferred tour operators.

  • Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to book flights, hotels or touring using miles or points. If you would like to book using miles, we suggest you handle booking flights on your own to free up budget for the rest of the trip.

    We will however, attach any loyalty numbers to your flight tickets or hotel bookings when possible so that you still accrue points.

  • If you’d like assistance with booking flights through the SmartFlyer Air Team, there is a $100 per person added fee, and you get expert guidance on the best flights to take, as well as 24/7 access to our client support line in case of any changes or cancellations - no more waiting on hold for hours with the airline!

  • We have cultivated decades-long partnerships with hoteliers and travel providers around the world that translate into your VIP status being recognized every step of the way. Swoon Travel clients' bookings are prioritized by hotels as preferred partners ahead of bookings made by a credit card company.

    We get to know our clients and their personal and unique travel style & preferences, and work with them accordingly. We are a boutique, relationship-driven company, and not a call center!

    Finally, if you have any issues while traveling, you have a dedicated partner available to you at all times to jump in and assist.

  • Swoon Travel is one of the few luxury travel companies that still works exclusively on a commissions-based model and does not typically charge any trip planning fees. We are compensated directly by our partners on the back-end. This means that for our clients, there is no additional cost to work with us and you pay the exact same amount you would if you booked on your own.

    That said, we do ask that you take our partnership seriously and move forward with booking once we are in the proposals stage.

  • For some trips during high demand periods within a short window of travel, there may be a surcharge for expedited services. For example, any last minute inquiries for travel between December 20 - January 5, may see a rush fee. This fee is determined on a case-by-case basis and is based on lead time, number of travelers, destination & trip budget.
