02.Schedule a Call
We will work with you to schedule a phone call so that we can better understand what you are looking for and how you like to travel. We also take this opportunity to tell you more about our business model and discuss our two itinerary options.
03.Commitment
After we speak, we ask for your commitment to take the trip as discussed, and to work with us on the planning. This allows us to largely avoid charging our clients planning fees!
04.Planning Process
The fun part! Choose from an accommodations-only itinerary or a fully-inclusive itinerary and then we'll collaborate on your dream trip based on your timeframe, priorities, and budget.
05.Confirm The Details
7-10 days prior to your departure, you will receive a final digital itinerary to take with you on your travels.
06.Your Trip Is Here!
Your departure day comes with the relief of knowing every detail was handled by a professional! If you have any issues during your trip, you can rest assured that we will be available to assist on your behalf.
